Please click here for info on a "special luncheon" for the OWC on April 24th, compliments of the Dead Fish Grill in Belton.

Reservations: A-L 520-2211     M-Z 520-2127
Reservations should be made no later than NOON on the Thursday prior.

PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS are welcome to attend one luncheon without signing up for membership.   The OWC would like to ensure that your first luncheon be special.  Please follow the instructions for monthly reservations. Please also include that you are eligible for membership and the unit to which your spouse is assigned.  We also have hospitality members at each luncheon to greet you and assist you in meeting other folks.

Welcome guests to our Luncheons.  We usually hold these fun events the second Tuesday of each month.  We try our best to stay with this schedule but there are times when we must change the dates, so please check back often.

With your continued support our luncheons will only get better and better.  Make your reservations early, bring a friend and be ready to shop, socialize and enjoy the events our great board members have planned for us all!

Now that you have decided to join us there are two decisions for you to make every month….

Do you want permanent reservations?
&
“What menu selection do you prefer?”

Due to the need to PRE-order the food, a reservation is always required. Please familiarize yourself with the Reservation policies below.

NEW POLICY Effective 2006-07 year, if at any time you become delinquent in your payment, a member of the reservation committee will contact you by phone regarding this issue.  If payment is not made within 7 days, a written notice will be sent and your membership suspended until payment is made.

A permanent reservation means that you do not need to call in for each luncheon; you are automatically counted for and that you must be paid in full for the year, 9 @ $13 for a total of $117. OR Half year $52 then in Jan the remainder of the balance due is $65.  You only need to call to cancel your reservation.

A non-permanent reservation means if you plan to attend you need to call or e-mail to reserve your spot for each luncheon and payment is made the day of the luncheon.   If you do not attend, and do not cancel before the deadline you will be required to pay for that luncheon.
